Majokko Club Yoningumi - A Kuukan Kara no Alien X

Alien X From A Zone: Magical Girl Club Quartet, starring Creamy Mami, Persia, Yumi, and Magical Emi. Produced by Studio Pierrot. The framestory takes place with the four girls getting ready for a TV drama they are to star in. After the credits the story begins with tentacled aliens attacking Earth with the sole purpose of seeking out pretty young girls to suck the blood from and turn them into old women. The government dubs the threat Alien X. Yuu and the other girls are then kidnapped and begged to use their magical powers to save the Earth. Unfortunately, they don't have their powers anymore though, which gets them booted from the building by the officer. In the alley an alien suddenly appears and chases them to a church, only to be suddenly rescued at the last minute by a beam of light that whisks them into outer space and a voice that tells them they must fight for the Earth. Mai's bracelets and the four wands belonging to the girls are restored to them. The three girls transform but for Yumi who uses her wand and makes battle suits appear on each of them (think Bubblegum Crisis). The girls land on an asteroid or small planet and fight the alien at its source with lightsabers (Persia has a whip). They decide to combine their powers by placing their wands together and aiming them at the hole where the alien's source is. They shout Super Miracle Shoot! and think the energy from the combined power of the wands has defeated the enemy, but not quite. In the end, they use their combined aura/power/love waves to defeat it. Back on Earth all is back to normal and the voice appears as a face to tell them adieu but not give them any kind of answers. The show is finished, the production complete, and the four girls leave the building, only to find an alien shoot out of the pavement before the special cuts to closing credits.

After the special, selected scenes are run from each girl's series. The special is meant as a fun piece, probably both as a fan enjoyment and collector special and as a promotional video for Pierrot's popular magical girl titles. The premise and the show abound with humor for the fans, extending into a special starring Creamy Mami right in the thick of things. When things look grim for the girls in the church, the scene cuts to commercial, having Mami at the beach stricking sexy poses and enjoying herself, the advertisement being for summer skin products. The spirit of the special would be repeated later in the promotional video included with the second LD set for Wedding Peach. In this later Studio Pierrot production, the girls fight a mini-Pluie to rescue Yousuke, with attacks referencing various popular shows (such as Angel Daisy using the Kamehameha attack of Goku in Dragonball).
