Another story of a little witch, Chappy, who journeys from the Land of Magic to instead enjoy herself in the human world. Similar in basic plot to the earlier Mahoutsukai Sally. Chappy's full name is Chappy Hans Charles Grimm and Aesop Et Cetera. This of course is made up of famous fairy tale writers: Hans Christian Anderson, Charles Perrault, Grimm brothers, and Aesop as in Aesop's Fables.

As a fun note, the princess' broom in Hime-chan no Ribbon is named Chappy.
