Kyuuri and Peanut are two girls from another planet who come to Earth on a mission. Unfortunately, for Ouji he's the first human they meet. They can switch between the form of a teenage girl or into a cockroach. To change back to their human form they must touch the lips of a human (with funny results). As a roach they each have a respective star and heart on their back, and as a human a tattoo-like mark of a cockroach.

Peanut drops a heart-shaped pendant (ID badge) and Ouji picks it up and takes it with him. He thinks the strange girls must have been criminals or terrorists (they're strange to him). When they realize this, they kiss their bracelets to transform into roaches again and following their search device, Bucky Mouse, to seek it out. But enemies are after them as well, so they transform into P & Q with an incantation and a kiss between them, their magical girl state. As the first encounter takes place where Ouji lives, and he has the ID badge) the three find their lives entangled from there in.

Takeuchi never finished this series, instead she went on to work on new titles. There's been no mention of finishing the manga story.
