Mahou no Angel Sweet Mint

Mint is the princess of a magical country (not unlike earlier shows like Sally) and she is sent to Earth by her parents to do something about the state of dreams and wishes of the people on Earth. Turns out the magical world reflects those of humans (just like the world of Cephiro in Rayearth reflects the hearts of the people or the world of Elysion in Sailor Moon reflects the dreams and heart of humans on Earth). She brings her magical pet (a penguin named Waffle) to Earth with her and has use of any range of magical items she can conjure and magical spells she can use to enchant objects, transform her appearance or profession (just like Sailor Moon, Minky Momo, or Cutey Honey), etc. She would fall under the natural magic user or witch type heroine.

Some of her magical items include her bracelet or communicator which can conjure a bow and arrow (her phrase for this is: Fairy Lovely Sweet Mint - Mint Arrow, come out!), and her wand the Mint Stick (Fairy Lovely Sweet Mint - Mint Stick, come out!).
